ON DROP DAY, WE RESERVE A LIMITED NUMBER OF INSTOCK/READY PAIRS TO BE SHIPPED OUT THE NEXT DAY. 

IF YOU ORDER IS PLACED ONCE IN STOCK PAIRS SELL OUT - YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE ENTERED INTO 'CUSTOM ORDERS'

CUSTOM ORDERS: typically take 3-5 weeks to dispatch as we work to meet demand. All orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

SHIPPING: ONCE YOUR ORDER IS DISPATCHED, YOUR TRACKING NUMBER WILL BE UPDATED. ORDERS TYPICALLY ARRIVE WITHIN 2-3 DAYS. 

Note: All shoes are custom-made by our small team. All sales are final unless there’s an error on our part or they arrived damaged - in that case we will replace them within 30 days.
